Project Management:
- Assists in developing, editing, and assembling project documents and correspondence including construction documents, bidding documents
- Project Planning - Develop and maintain project schedule to include input from all parties.
- Evaluates the contractual scope of work
- Cost Management - Produce monthly cost reports to monitor and manage project costs; prepare cash flow forecast.
- Receive and coordinate all close out items to include operation and maintenance manuals (O&M), as-built drawings and warranties.
- Prepare final closeout report
- Resource Management - working with project team to identify staffing for individual projects.
Construction Management:
- Work closely with owner, engineers, architect, and contractors to clearly define roles and responsibilities during construction.
- Review and oversight of contractors health and safety programs
- Monitor compliance of safety plans and procedures
- Review and oversight of contractors quality control programs
- Schedule Management - Ensuring that all project deliverables and milestones are completed using scheduling software
- Lead weekly project meetings and record meeting minutes to be distributed.
- Establish process and procedures for utility outages.
- Coordinate contractors work
- Develop and maintain logs for change orders, request for information (RFI), submittals, and safety reports.
- Produce weekly and monthly construction summary reports; to include status of outstanding issues relating to change orders, RFI and scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct field inspections to confirm compliance with design and specification documents
- Prepare and monitor completion of punch list items generated by owner, contractors and design team.
- Assist with developing commissioning plans and documentation.
- Assist with obtaining permits
